Ryan King specializes in representing private capital and high net worth individuals in the acquisition and disposition of office and retail properties in southern California. As a founding member of the Voit Real Estate Services – Private Client Group, Ryan concentrates his efforts on strategically advising his clients to ensure maximized value in their investment properties and orchestrating long term fully integrated solutions as it relates to his clients specific real estate strategy.
Prior to working at Voit Real Estate Services, Ryan worked at Cushman & Wakefield for 5 years and has represented notable clients such as Equity Office/ Blackstone, Hines, LBA Realty, Lincoln Property Company, and numerous high net worth individuals across the West Coast. A native San Diegan and coming from a background in real estate, Ryan utilizes his extensive market knowledge and local insight to be an insightful advisor in some of San Diego’s most sought after real estate markets. As Senior Vice President, Ryan ensures his clients achieve their investment objectives and assists in both leasing and sales. Ryan graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. While attending USF, he played footballl and was a member of the NCAA 1-AA Mid Major National Championship team. Additionally, he was a member of the social fraternity Lamba Chi Alpha and held numerous leadership positions.
Ryan is an active member of several professional organizations including CCIM, NAIOP, ICSC, ULI, and Toastmasters. Additionally, Ryan offers his time to the Big Brothers & Big Sisters Organization, Pro Kids First Tee, and is a contributor and supporter of The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). Ryan has achieved his Certified Commercial Investment designation (CCIM) as a recognized expert in the discipline of commercial real estate. In his free time, Ryan enjoys traveling, snowboarding, playing golf at La Jolla Country Club, and staying active in a variety of sports. Ryan resides in Bay Park with his wife, Carly, and his dog, Champ.
