Kipp Gstettenbauer specializes in extremely rare landmark commercial real estate sales in San Diego county. As a member of the Voit Real Estate Services team and the founder of the Private Client Group, Kipp takes pride in strategically advising his clients to maximize value of their properties in any market condition and often achieving pioneering pricing.
Prior to joining Voit Real Estate Services, Kipp was the retail Investment Sale and Leasing Director at Cushman & Wakefield of San Diego, representing several of the most well-known syndications and prominent investors in the Southwestern United States. Cushman & Wakefield of San Diego acquired Burnham Real Estate where Kipp served as Vice President and started when he was 18 years old.
Kipp has utilized his extensive market knowledge as leverage to become recognized as one of the region’s most insightful advisors in San Diego’s most sought after real estate markets. As Senior Vice President, Kipp leads the VRES – Private Client Group to ensure his clients achieve their investment objectives with a sound method.
Kipp graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Real Estate. While attending SDSU, Kipp rose among the ranks to the prestigious IFC (Inter Fraternal Council) President of the San Diego State University Campus. After attending SDSU, Kipp completed his University of San Diego Real Estate Program and Development Certificate in 2005. Kipp has been an active member of several professional organizations for over 18 years, including the International Council of Shopping Centers and carries the respected Commercial Certified Investment Member designation, placing him a tier above his peers.
