Senior Associate
Josh Simms is an Associate at Voit Real Estate Services specializing in Retail Tenant Representation for the Voit Private Client Group. He is responsible for leading new business development and extending market outreach and service throughout the greater San Diego area. Josh has taken a passion in helping start-up businesses open up locations as well as assist in expanding national retail tenants.
After graduating from the Arizona State University Online program in 2018 where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Josh has made it his goal to build strong relationships with his clientele and work towards finding the best location to suit their needs. He started his collegiate journey at Concordia Irvine University where he played basketball, and throughout his college years decided to work towards his dream of becoming a Commercial Real Estate Broker. In June of 2017, Josh began interning at Voit Real Estate Services and eventually worked his way to an associate this April of 2019, soon making that dream a reality.
