As Managing Director of Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego office, Eric Northbrook is responsible for overseeing Voit’s San Diego operations.
Eric directs a team comprised of industrial, office, retail, and investment specialists and collaborates with asset and property management. Collectively, the entire Voit team works together to provide clients with a level of service that is personal and professional.
Mr. Northbroo comes to Voit Real Estate Services after a very successful twenty- five year career. Mr. Nort brook has receive. the prestigious Cushman & Wakefield Chairman’s Circle Award in 2005, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 for being a top producer in southern California and nationwide. Prior to joining Voit Real Estate Services in 2014, Mr. Northbrook was with Cushman & Wakefield for 10 years and Colliers International for 12 years, where he was also a consistent top producer. Mr. Northbrook’s accomplishments include the sale and leasing of
over 18 million square feet of space and 100 acres of land with a total value of approximately $3 billion.
As a result of an accident in January 2006, Mr. Northbrook is the founder of HeadNorth, a 501(c)(3) organization. HeadNorth enhances the quality of life for those individuals and families afflicted with a spinal cord injury by providing direction, resources and financial assistance. The organization is actively involved in spinal cord research and has partnered with the Sanford/Burnham Institute and UCSD to create the HeadNorth Chronic Spinal Cord Research Project.
